大学生慕课学习的影响因素及其影响力研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了分析影响大学生慕课学习的影响因素,基于自我决定理论的基本需求理论,从自主需求、关系需求和胜任需求三个方面,构建了3个层次、16个评价指标的影响大学生慕课学习的评估模型。使用层次分析法进行评价指标影响权重的分析,通过专家打分法构建评价矩阵,结果发现三大需求中自主需求的权重最大(0.691),其次是关系需求(0.160),胜任需求的权重最小(0.149)。前5位的评价指标权重由大到小排列为:学习兴趣>学习的持续性>面对困难的态度>老师引导>拓展知识。研究结果有助于大学教学管理部门、慕课开发机构等提高大学生慕课的使用率。 This study borrows the concepts of self-need,relationship need and competency need from the Self-determination Theory,and constructs an evaluation model of three levels and sixteen evaluation indicators to analyze the factors influencing college students'MOOCs learning.The weight of the evaluation indicators is analyzed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method,and an evaluation matrix is built by the Expert Scoring Method.It is found that self-need exerts the most important effect(0.691),followed by the relationship need(0.160),and then the competency need(0.149).The ranking of the top 5 evaluation indicators from the largest to the smallest is:learning interests>persistence in learning>attitudes to difficulties>teacher guidance>knowledge expansion.The results of the study will help the teaching management departments of colleges,MOOCs development agencies and other institutions to improve college students'use of MOOCs.
