摘要
在采用乳液接枝-本体苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)掺混法生产丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)的过程中,为了维持上下游生产平衡,接枝胶乳需要在储罐内储存一段时间后再加入抗氧剂,而后进入凝聚单元。当储存环境中有氧气存在时,胶乳中的聚合物会发生氧化,导致最终产品白度和色度稳定性下降。本文通过实验证明,胶乳中残留的引发剂是促使聚合物氧化的关键因素。通过降低储存温度和缩短储存时间,能够有效降低接枝ABS(G-ABS)胶乳在储存过程中聚合物的氧化速度,提升产品白度和色度稳定性。
In the process of producing acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer(ABS)by emulsion graft bulk styrene acrylonitrile copolymer(SAN)mixing method,in order to maintain the balance between upstream and downstream production,grafted latex needs to be stored in storage tank for a period of time before adding antioxidants,and then enters the condensing unit.When oxygen is present in the storage environment,the polymer in the latex oxidizes,resulting in a decrease in whiteness and chroma stability of the final product.By lowering storage temperature and shortening storage time,the oxidation rate of polymer in G-ABS latex during storage can be effectively reduced,and the whiteness and chroma stability of product can be improved.
