摘要
目前,俄罗斯电子商务市场快速发展,已成为最具有吸引力的海外跨境电商市场之一,同时,也是我国跨境电商重要的的海外市场,加上我国对跨境电商实行的政策支持,使得对俄跨境电子商务逐渐成为了中俄两国经贸合作的新模式,大大促进了中俄两国贸易的快速增长,但在对俄跨境电商支付环节中经常会存在支付耗时相对较长、手续费相对较高、中间环节冗长等不足。因此,如何降低跨境支付中存在的结算风险,节省交易成本,已成为急需解决的重点问题。而将区域链技术运用到跨境支付上将会有助于解决这一问题。
E-commerce market rapid development,at present,Russia has already become one of the most attractive overseas cross-border electricity dealer market,at the same time,also is our country cross-border electricity important overseas markets,combined with our country implements policy support for cross-border electricity,makes to the cross-border electronic commerce has become a new mode of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia,and greatly promoted the rapid growth of bilateral trade between China and Russia,but paid links on Russian cross-border electricity often pay takes a relatively long,relatively high fees,the intermediate links such as long. Therefore,how to reduce the settlement risks in cross-border payment and save transaction costs has become an urgent issue to be solved. Applying regional chain technology to cross-border payment will help solve this problem.
