摘要 目的:通过对我院4296例新生儿葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)筛查数据进行分析,了解G6PD缺乏情况.方法:取出生72小时后并且充分哺乳6次以上的新生儿足跟血,滴于新生儿血液采集卡中,对新生儿进行G6PD缺陷筛查.结果:在4296例新生儿中,G6PD缺乏人数为347例,筛查阳性率为8.07%,其中男性为303例,女性为44例广西户籍新生儿G6PD阳性筛查率为8.37%,高于非广西户籍,对民族进行分组,壮族的阳性筛查率居首位,为11.70%.结论:我院新生儿筛查结果表明,G6PD缺乏症的阳性率男性患者明显多于女性.广西户籍的阳性率明显高于非广西户籍,且具有民族差异性,(P<0.01). Objective: Through the analysis of 4296 cases of neonatal glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) screening data from the newborn in our hospital, assess the condition of G6PD deficiency. Methods: Newborn heel blood samples were taken from the newborn blood collection card after 72 hours of birth and fully breastfeeding for more than 6 times. CJ6P1D detect screening was pertonned on neonates. Results: Among 4296 newborns, the number of G6PD deficiency was 347, and the screening positive rate was 8.07%, including 303 males and 44 females. The positive screening rate of G6PD in Guangxi households was 8.37%,which was not registered in Guangxi. The positive screening rate was 1.63%.The screening positive rate of Zhuang nationality was 11.70%, which was the highest in compared with the Han nationality and other ininoritx- nationality. ConClusiOH: The results of neonatal screening in our hospital showed that the positive rate of G6PD deficiency was significantly higher in male patients than in females. The positive rate of household registration in Guangxi is significantly higher than that of non-Guangxi household registration, and it has ethnic differences (P<0.01).
