易钻磨防砂筛管在塔河油田的研制与应用

摘要 塔河油田碳酸盐裸眼储层井壁容易出现坍塌,进而影响油井产量,引发众多相关的工程问题。针对这些问题,塔河油田探索了多种坍塌治理技术并取得了一定的成效,但由于塔河地层地质复杂且特殊,这些坍塌治理技术均存在一定的应用局限。易钻磨防砂筛管是采用特殊易钻材料制成的新型筛管,主要作用是悬挂在裸眼段,起到支撑井壁防止坍塌的作用,同时满足酸化作业的要求,并在后期井下作业时便于钻磨。因此本文针对现有井壁坍塌治理技术的特点及局限性,提出了一套新型解决方案,通过材质优化研发出新型铝合金易钻磨防砂筛管,其具有易钻磨、耐腐蚀、承压高的特点。现场应用证明,易钻磨筛管管柱对裸眼段的井壁稳定起到了显著的作用,试验井投产初期日产增油20t,综合效益达1825万元,具有较好的推广意义。 Borehole sloughing is easy to occur in the carbonate reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield,which may have influence on oil production and result in many corresponding engineering issues.Several kinds of treatment technologies were researched and certain results were achieved in Tahe Oilfield.These technologies have cer-tain limit in the application because of complex and special geological conditions of Tahe formations.The easy-to-drill-grind sand control screen is a new type one made of special easy-to-drill material.Its main function is to hang at the open hole section to support the wellbore and prevent collapse,to meet the requirements of acidizing operation,and to facilitate drilling and grinding in the later downhole operation.In view of the characteristics and limitations of the borehole wall collapse control technology,a new solution was put forward.Through material optimization,new type of aluminum alloy sand control screen was developed,which has the characteristics of being easy to drill and grind,corrosion resistance at high pressure.The field application proves that the easy-to-drill-grind screen string has played a significant role in the stability of open-hole section.At the initial stage of production,the production of test wells increased by 20 tons per day,and the comprehensive benefit reached 18.25 million yuan.This new type of screen has good popularization significance.
