摘要
目的探讨综合护理对低温等离子消融技术治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床意义。方法 80例行低温等离子消融技术治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上使用综合护理。比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果试验组护理满意度为95.0%,对照组护理满意度为80.0%,试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对使用低温等离子消融技术治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者采取综合护理,可以明显地提高患者对护理的满意度,提高护理质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of allergic rhinitis by low temperature plasma ablation.Methods A total of 80 allergic rhinitis patients treated by low temperature plasma ablation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction degree in two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had nursing satisfaction degree as 95.0%,which was 80.0%in the control group.The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction degree than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for allergic rhinitis patients treated with low temperature plasma ablation technology can obviously improve nursing satisfaction of and the quality of nursing,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
