摘要
目的探讨陈旧性跟腱断裂的发生原因以及手术治疗方案。方法 38例陈旧性跟腱断裂患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各19例。对照组患者应用常规手术方法进行治疗,研究组患者应用Lindholm法进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者优8例,良10例,差1例,治疗优良率为94.7%;对照组患者优5例,良8例,差6例,治疗优良率为68.4%。研究组患者治疗优良率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在陈旧性跟腱断裂患者的临床治疗中,实施Lindholm法进行治疗能够有效提高患者的临床效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To discuss and analyze the causes of old rupture of achilles tendon and the comparison of surgical treatments.Methods A total of 38 patients with old rupture of achilles tendon were divided by random number table method into research group and control group,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgical method,and the research group was treated with Lindholm method.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The research group had 8 excellent cases,10 good cases and 1 poor case,with treatment excellent-good rate as 94.7%.The control group had 5 excellent cases,8 good cases and 6 poor cases,with treatment excellent-good rate as 68.4%.The research group had significantly higher treatment excellent-good rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical treatment of patients with old rupture of achilles tendon,application of Lindholm method can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients,and it is worthy of clinical further promotion and application.
