利用焦油渣和生化污泥制型煤配煤炼焦的试验研究及应用 被引量:9

摘要 为实现焦化危废物的无害化处理,分析了焦油渣、生化污泥两种焦化危废物的特性,采用焦油渣和生化污泥制型煤、并利用该型煤进行了20 kg小焦炉配煤炼焦试验,试验结果表明,在配合煤中添加10%的焦油渣型煤炼焦,可提高装炉煤的堆密度和改善焦炭质量。结合焦油渣和生化污泥产量,实际生产中焦油渣制型煤按照4%的比例配煤炼焦,对炼焦生产工艺影响不大。 In order to realize the harmless treatment of coking hazardous waste, the characteristics of tar residue and biochemical sludge were analyzed, and the test was made for coal briquette production with tar residue and biochemical sludge, and then coking of 20 kg small coke oven blending with briquette. The test results showed that adding 10% tar residue briquette into the blending coal could increase the bulk density of coal and improve the quality of coke. Combining with the output of tar residue and biochemical sludge, blended tar residue briquette at a ratio of 4% in actual coking process, having little effect on the coking process.
