摘要
高校的扩招使得当代大学生的就业问题面临着越来越严峻的考验。面对就业,大学生的就业心理问题也日益复杂。如何对大学生的就业心理进行有效的评估已成为高校辅导员就业指导能力中非常重要的组成部分。本文梳理了新时期大学生面对就业的主要心理特征,为探究如何提升辅导员在大学生就业心理教育工作方面的能力,更多更好地解决大学生的就业问题提供了理论指导。
With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country,the employment problems of contemporary college students are facing with sever situation,and psychological problems also becoming seriously.Useful psychological assessment as an effective career guidance ability of university counselors plays an important role in college employment.The article aims to list kinds of performance of employment psychological problems then explore how to improve college counselors’further job abilities on employment psychological problems,in order to help college graduates get employed as soon as possible.
