颅内动脉瘤给予血管内介入与开颅夹闭治疗的临床效果比较被引量：2

摘要目的:探究开颅夹闭与血管内介入治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效。方法:2012年5月-2017年5月收治颅内动脉瘤患者50例,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,各25例。A组采取血管内栓塞术,B组采取开颅夹闭术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后A组格拉斯柯预后评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率8.00%,低于B组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颅内动脉瘤治疗中,血管内栓塞疗效优于开颅夹闭术,可确保患者临床治疗安全,值得推广应用。
