摘要
介绍了钻孔灌注桩后注浆技术的发展现状、适用范围及作用机理。以郑州市三环线快速化工程为例,介绍了钻孔灌注桩后注浆的静载试验、施工工艺、注浆参数、技术要求等,同时通过工程数据说明其经济效益。采取桩基后注浆技术后,钻孔灌注桩的竖向抗压承载力得到了显著提高。在承载力要求相同时,可以缩短桩长或缩小桩径,大幅降低工程造价。
This paper introduces the development situation, application scope and function mechanism of cast-in-place pile post-grouting technology. Taking Zhengzhou Ring Line Ⅲ Expressway Project as an example, this paper introduces the static load test, construction technology, grouting parameter and technical requirement of this technology, and meanwhile explains its economic benefit by the engineering data. The vertical compression bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile is greatly improved after the use of pile foundation post-grouting technology. The pile length can be shortened or the pile diameter can be decreased at the same requirements of bearing capacity, which greatly reduce the engineering cost.
