摘要
在根据建设要求进行道路“白改黑”的大中修整治工程项目中,时常遇到现状水泥混凝土路面状况良好,结构强度满足要求的情况,此时按道路养护技术规范、规程无法判定该道路是否应采用“白改黑”整治方案。为了在此类项目设计中提高采用“白改黑”整治方案的合理性,通过工程实践,提出了在路面状况分析与评价中选择性地引入“道路环境指数”这一概念。
In the design of the road "white to black" overhaul regulation engineering project based on the construction requirements, there are often the situations of the cement concrete pavement in the good condition and the structural strength meeting the requirement. At this moment, according to the road maintenance technical specification and standards, it is hard to determine whether this road should be converted from white to black. In order to improve the rationality of the "white to black" regulation scheme used in this kind of project design, this paper puts forward this concept of "road environmental index" selectively to be introduced into the analysis and evaluation of pavement condition.
