摘要
目的:观察清咽利喉汤联合金嗓散结丸治疗中重度急性喉炎的疗效及对患者T淋巴细胞亚群和血清炎性因子的影响。方法:将132例中重度急性喉炎患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各66例,两组均予基础干预,在此基础上对照组予金嗓散结丸口服,治疗组在对照组基础上联合清咽利喉汤治疗。观察两组中医证候积分、症状消失时间、临床疗效,检测T淋巴细胞亚群水平和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素4(IL-4)水平。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组喉鸣、呼吸困难、咳嗽、声音嘶哑消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为92.42%,显著高于对照组的78.79%(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组CD8^+水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组TNF-α、IL-8、IL-4水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清咽利喉汤联合金嗓散结丸可有效改善中重度急性喉炎患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平,降低血清炎性因子水平,提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qingyan Lihou decoction combined with Jinsang Sanjie pills in the treatment of moderate and severe acute laryngitis, and the influence on T lymphocytes subsets and serum inflammatory factor. Method: One hundred and thirty-two cases of moderate and severe acute laryngitis in our hospital were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, sixty-six cases in each group. Both the two groups were given basic intervention, on the basis of this, the control group was given Jinsang Sanjie pills, and the observation group was given Qingyan Lihou decoction on the basis of the observation group. The symptom scores, symptom disappearance time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) were detected. Results: After treatment, TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05);the disappearance time of laryngeal voice, dyspnea, cough and hoarseness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.42%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.79%(P<0.05);the levels of CD3^+, CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ in the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);the level of CD8+ in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-8 and IL-4 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (Pv0.05), and the observation group was significantly lowe
