摘要
在对PES法进行解析的基础上,系统梳理、总结供电企业实施作业危害辨识及风险评估工作中出现的典型问题,并提出对应的解决方法,有助于供电企业提高作业危害辨识与风险评估的针对性和有效性,提升作业风险管理绩效。
Based on the analysis of PES method, this paper systematically combs and summarizes the typical problems in the implementation of operation hazard identification and risk assessment of electric power enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solutions, which will help electric power enterprises improve the pertinence and effectiveness of operation hazard identification and risk assessment, and enhance the performance of operation risk management.
