摘要
高压大中型异步电动机鼠笼转子铜导条断裂故障是国内外电机修造业界公认的技术难题。结合三相异步鼠笼电动机设计、制造及运行机理,分析了鼠笼转子铜导条断裂故障产生的原因,提出了铜导条和端环结构改进方案,并探究了采用转子立置旋转辅助加热及TIG氦弧焊的焊接修复方法。实践证明,提出的方法不但能提高修复质量,而且降低了检修人员的劳动强度。
The fault of the copper bar of the high voltage and large medium squirrel cage asynchronous motor is a recognized technical problem in motor manufacturing and repair industry. Combined three- phase asynchronous squirrel cage motor design,manufacturing and running mechanism,the causes of the fracture failure of squirrel cage rotor copper conducting bar were analyzed,and the copper conducting bar and side ring structure improvement measures were put forward. Rotor vertical rotation assisted heating and TIG helium arc welding repair method were also studied. Practice shows that the method not only improves the quality of the repair,but also reduces the labor intensity of the maintenance staff.
