摘要
针对现有的准Z源拓扑母线高压尖峰和硬开关等问题,介绍了一种有效抑制母线高压尖峰的软开关准Z源变换器,该变换器具有高电压增益的特点。通过使用耦合单元代替原始电感,提高电压增益;增加1个二极管,使漏感能量传递至负载,提高拓扑效率。主开关管实现了软开关特性,并有效缓解了二极管的反向恢复问题。在理论分析的基础上,制作了1 kW的样机。实验结果表明,其工作过程和最终效果与理论分析、仿真结果一致,性能稳定,效率良好。
Aiming at the problems of high voltage spikes and hard switches of quasi-Z-source topologies,a softswitching quasi- Z- source converter with the characteristics of high voltage gain which could effectively suppress the high voltage spikes of the bus bar was introduced. The voltage gain was increased by using coupling elements instead of the original inductor,and a diode was added to pass the leakage inductance energy to the load and the topological efficiency was improved. The main switch the soft- switching characteristics was achieved,and the reverse recovery diode problem was effectively alleviated. Based on the theoretical analysis,a 1 kW prototype was made. The experimental results show that the working process and the final result are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis and simulation results,and with stable performance and good efficiency.
