摘要
针对重庆山水文园(全称:山水主题国际休闲旅游度假区体验中心)工程中的下挂球形网壳施工难题,结合现场条件,综合采用了满堂脚手架原位拼装的施工方法,完成并保证了球形网壳的施工质量及施工安全。重点介绍了钢结构安装支撑系统设计、三维坐标控制以及焊接控制等施工关键技术。
In view of the construction difficulties of hanging spherical latticed shell in the Chongqing Riverside project(full name: Riverside Theme International Leisure and Tourism Resort Experience Center), combined with site conditions, the construction method of full scaffolding in situ assembly was adopted comprehensively to complete and guarantee the construction quality and safety of spherical latticed shell. The key construction technologies of installation support system design of the steel structure, three-dimensional coordinate control and welding control are highlighted.
