乙烯裂解炉炉管痕量元素Pb含量测定方法

摘要 乙烯裂解炉炉管中痕量元素Pb为有害杂质,在高温拉伸应力的作用下,Pb元素会在晶界偏聚,降低了炉管材料的抗蠕变性能和高温持久性能,导致炉管服役寿命大大缩短。乙烯裂解炉炉管成分复杂,对Pb的测定干扰大,目前尚无针对该材料中Pb含量的测定方法。针对乙烯裂解炉离心铸造炉管合金材料的特点,通过优化仪器参数以及添加一种特定的基体改进剂,屏蔽掉基体干扰离子的作用,建立了一个有针对性的、低成本和高效率的检测方法。该方法利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪,测定出乙烯裂解炉炉管中痕量元素Pb的含量。 Trace element Pb is regarded as a harmful impurity in ethylene cracking furnace tube. Pb tends to segregate at grain boundary under the action of tensile stress at high temperature, which will lead to performance degradation of creep resistance and high temperature durability. Specific method for Pb content determination is not available at present due to complex tube matrix and interference of coexisting ions. Based on the feature of alloy material for centrifugal casting furnace tube, matrix interference was shielded by optimizing instrument parameters and adding specific matrix modifier. Consequently, an appropriate detection method with low-cost and high-efficiency was established, with which Pb content in furnace tube was determined by employing graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer.
