常减压蒸馏装置典型部位风险分析及验证 被引量:2

摘要 通过腐蚀检查及基于风险的检验(RBI)技术,对某加工高酸原油常减压蒸馏装置典型部位的腐蚀情况进行了分析,结果表明:常压塔、减压塔塔顶系统存在H_2S-HCl-H_2O腐蚀。塔顶油气管线实测腐蚀速率为0.21~0.28 mm/a,考虑到局部腐蚀的影响,评估结果与实际情况基本一致。高温部位主要是高温硫/环烷酸腐蚀,由于本装置设备本体高温部位选材合理,所以高温部位整体情况良好,实际检测未见明显的腐蚀减薄。减二线及第五段填料由于实测酸值远高于设计酸值,腐蚀严重风险偏高,实际检查发现减二线和第五段填料存在比较严重的腐蚀。针对检查中所发现的腐蚀问题提出了防护建议。 By means of corrosion inspection and RBI technology, corrosion of typical parts in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit for processing high-acid crude oil was analyzed. The results showed that H2S-HCl-H2O corrosion occurred at the top system of atmospheric tower and vacuum tower, and the measured corrosion rates of the overhead pipeline were 0.21~0.28 mm/a, which were basically consistent with the assessment results considering the impact of localized corrosion. Corrosion occurred at the high temperature sites were mainly caused by sulfur and naphthenic acid. As material selection was reasonable, high temperature parts were in good condition and no significant corrosion thinning was observed. Actual inspection indicated that there was severe corrosion at the cut 2 line and the 5 th packing areas because the actual acid values in those areas were much higher than the design values. Furthermore, relevant suggestions were put forward to solve the problems found in the inspection.
