新型利器收集器在临床护理职业防护中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨一种新型利器收集器在临床护理职业防护中的应用效果.方法选取2016年6月至2017年5月我院6个普通病房共计106名临床护士,在职业防护制度培训的基础上,应用一种新型利器收集器进行利器的分离与收集,并比较该种新型利器收集器与普通利器收集器在使用过程中操作人员发生针刺伤及使用满意率等方面的效果。结果使用新型利器收集器组护士针刺伤发生率为2.8%,低于普通收集器组(针刺伤发生率为11.3%,护理人员对新型利器收集器的使用便捷性和安全性评分高于普通收集器组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均PV0.05)。结论使用新型利器收集器进行利器的分离与收集,能显著减少临床护理操作人员针刺伤发生率,具有更好的操作便捷性和安全性,改善操作体验值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of a new-type sharps container in occupational protection of clinical nursing. Methods A total of 106 clinical nurses were selected from 6 different departments in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017. Based on the training of occupational protection,a new type of sharps container was used to separate and collect sharp instruments, and the rate of needle injury and satisfaction rate between the new type and general sharps container were compared. Results The incidence of needle injury was 2. 8% in the new sharps container group, which was lower than that in the common container group (11. 3%). The score of convenience and safety of the new sharps container for nurses was higher than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (all P<0. 05). Conclusions The use of the new sharps container for separating and collecting sharp instruments can significantly reduce the occurrence of needle injuries in clinical nursing.operate more conveniently and have significant comparative advantages. It can effectively improve the operation experience. It is a favorite tool for occupational protection of clinical nursing.
