摘要
针对软铝垫片密封的阀门在低温环境下容易出现泄漏的问题,借助有限元进行机理分析,并重新设计密封件和密封结构。通过对改进后的阀门进行鉴定试验,结果表明,改进后的密封结构效果良好,达到预期目的。
Valve for soft aluminum gasket seal, it is easy to leak in low temperature environment, by means of finite element analysis, and redesign the seal and seal structure. The improved valve is tested for identification, the results show that the improved sealing structure has good effect, achieve the desired goal.
