摘要
对不同铺展程度的细胞骨架(Cytoskeleton,CSK)对基底的影响以及中间纤维(Intermediate filament,IF)在CSK中的作用进行了研究,并提出了一种考虑IF的张拉整体模型模拟不同铺展程度的CSK.首先通过理论计算确定不同铺展程度的张拉整体模型的顶点坐标及相应的质心位置,然后应用有限元法建立在位移载荷作用下的不同铺展程度的张拉整体模型。无论是否考虑IF,CSK的铺展程度越大,产生相同变形时,对基底的反作用力就越大;考虑IF的张拉整体模型显著提高了CSK的整体刚度。结果表明,CSK对基底的反作用力与其铺展程度成正相关性,且IF在CSK中起着至关重要的作用。
To study the effect of cytoskeleton (CSK) with different spreading degrees on substrate and the role of Intermediate filament (IF), a new tensegrity model considering the IF was proposed to simulate CSK of different spreading degrees. First, the vertex coordinates and the centroid positions of the tensegrity of different spreading states were calculated. Then, tensegrity models under displacement loads were established by using the finite element method. Larger spreading degree of CSK resulted in the greater reaction on the substrate under the same deformation regardless of IF. The overall stiffness of CSK was significantly improved when IF was considered. The reaction force of CSK on the substrate was positively correlated with the spreading degree. IF played a key role in CSK.
