摘要
目的评估恩普生半自动尿液分析仪(EMP Ui)检测参数的准确性,为老年人监测泌尿系统疾病提供理论依据。方法通过恩普生半自动尿液分析仪(EMP Ui)以及本院检验科使用的全自动尿液分析仪(sysmex UC300)对2018年4月在本院检验科接受尿常规检验的265例门诊与住院患者尿标本中白细胞、红细胞、尿蛋白以及葡萄糖4个项目进行检测,采用配对x^2检验对阳(阴)性结果进行统计学分析并分别计算两种仪器检测结果的符合率。结果恩普生半自动尿液分析仪和本院检验科使用的全自动尿液分析仪的尿白细胞阳性检出率分别为16.98%(45/265)和19.62%(52/265);尿红细胞的阳性检出率分别为15.09%(40/265)和17.74%(47/265);尿蛋白的阳性检出率分别为9.43%(25/265)和12.45%(33/265);尿糖的阳性检出率分别为3.77%(10/265)和5.28%(14/265),两种仪器对尿白细胞、尿红细胞、尿蛋白以及尿糖的阳性检出差异均无统计学意义。两种仪器的尿白细胞、尿红细胞、尿蛋白以及尿糖的阳(阴)性检测结果符合率分别为95.09%(252/265)、90.57%(240/265)、93.21%(247/265)、97.74%(259/265)。结论恩普生半自动尿液分析仪对尿白细胞、尿红细胞、尿蛋白以及尿糖的阳性检出率与本院检验科使用的全自动尿液分析仪基本一致具有较好的一致性,可应用于家庭或社区老年人对自身泌尿系统疾病进行监测及预警。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of EMP Ui detection parameters and provide theoretical basis for the elderly to monitor urinary system diseases. Methods Two hundred and sixty-five outpatients who underwent routine urine tests in our laboratory from April 2018 through EMP Ui and urine analyzer (sysmex UC300) used in the laboratory of our hospital. Urine samples from hospitalized patients were tested for leukocytes, erythrocytes, protein and glucose. The results of the two testing instruments were compared and analyzed, χ^2 test was used to analyze the positive (negative) results. The urinary leukocytes, erythrocytes, protein and glucose test results of the two instruments were calculated based on the number of cases and the total number of cases in which both measurements were positive or negative conformity rate. Results The urinary leukocyte positive detection rate of the Epson semi-automatic urine analyzer and the automatic urine analyzer used in the laboratory of our hospital were 16.98%(45/265) and 19.62%(52/265), respectively;The positive urinary erythrocytes detection rates were 15.09%(40/265) and 17.74%(47/265) respectively;the positive detection rates of urinary protein were 9.43%(25/265) and 12.45%(33/265) respectively;The positive detection rate of urinary glucose was 3.77%(10/265) and 5.28%(14/265), respectively. There was no significant difference in the positive detection of urinary leukocytes, urinary erythrocytes, urinary protein and urine glucose between the two instruments. The coincidence rates of urinary leukocytes, urinary erythrocytes, urinary protein, and urine glucose of the two instruments were 95.09%(252/265), 90.57%(240/265), and 93.21%(247/265) respectively. 97.74%(259/265).
