摘要
目的:观察益气活血化痰法联合健脑益智颗粒治疗血管性痴呆的疗效观察。方法:选取2016年1月—2017年12月期间本院收治的96例VD患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,其中观察组48例(益气活血化痰法联合健脑益智颗粒),对照组51例(健脑益智颗),比较两组患者的治疗有效率,治疗后的认知功能评价采用简易只能状态量表(MMSE)评分及日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分。结果:观察组治疗有效率93. 75%(45/48),对照组为87. 50%(42/48),差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后的MMSE及VDL差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:益气活血化痰法联合健脑益智颗粒能明显改善血管性痴呆患者的认知功能。
Objective: To study the influence of benefiting Qi and activating blood and resolving phlegm method combined with Jiannao Yizhi Granules on cognitive function in VD patients. Methods: From January 2016 to December 2017,96 patients were chosen as study objects,and all of them were divided into two groups randomly: 48 patients in study group and 48 patients in control group. The effect,MMSE and ADL were compared between two groups. Results: The effect rate in study group was 93. 75%( 45/48) and that in control group was 87. 50%( 42/48) and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the differences of MMSE and VDL between two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Benefiting Qi and activating blood and resolving phlegm method combined with Jiannao Yizhi Granules could improve the cognitive function of patients with vascular dementia.
