摘要
清代著名医家黄元御以"中气升降"立论,在生理、病理上阐释人体气机变化,认为气机升降失常是疾病产生的根本原因,治疗上重在调理脏腑气机。国医大师周仲瑛教授首创"癌毒"理论,认为恶性肿瘤根本上是由于感受癌毒而发病,具体包括热毒、湿毒、瘀毒、痰毒等,在长期的临床实践中总结出气机升降失常是癌毒形成的关键因素,在消癌解毒中充分考虑调理气机的重要性。因而临床上将中气理论和癌毒理论有机结合,为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。
HUANG Yuanyu,a famous physician in Qing Dynasty,expounded the changes in the Qi activity of human body physiologically and pathologically. Based on the theory of"rising and falling of the middle Qi",he thought that the abnormal rising and falling of Qi is the root cause of disease and the treatment of disease should focus on recuperating the mechanism of the viscera. ZHOU Zhongying,Chinese medicine master,first presents the theory of "cancerous toxin"and the root of the malignant tumor is attacked by"cancerous toxin",including: toxic heat,damp toxin,blood stasis and toxin,phlegm and toxin etc. In the long-term clinical practice,that is summarized that abnormal rising and falling of Qi is the key factor in forming cancerous toxin. The importance of recuperating Qi activity in the process of relieving cancer and poison should be taken full consideration. Therefore,the theory of middle Qi and cancerous toxin are connected in clinic,providing a new idea for the treatment of malignant tumors.
