摘要 目的:观察保存时间对库存悬浮红细胞相关血液指标变化的影响作用。方法:此文实行调查和统计分析的数据来自于2018 年1 月- 2018 年5 月本血站库存悬浮红细胞制品内提取获得的50 袋血液样本,50 袋血液样本均开展悬浮红细胞血液指标检测(包含白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均压积体积、游离血红蛋白、K+、ATP、红细胞膜蛋白),统计50 袋血液样本不同保存时间的悬浮红细胞血液指标变化情况。结果:血液样本保存14 天及35 天的白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均压积体积对比0 天相关指标,P > 0.05,未显现数据检验及检测的统计学意义,保存14 天及35 天的游离血红蛋白、红细胞膜蛋白、K+对比0 天相关指标更高,P < 0.05,显现数据检验及检测的统计学意义,保存14 天的ATP对比0 天相关指标更高,P < 0.05,显现数据检验及检测的统计学意义,保存35 天的ATP 对比0 天相关指标,P > 0.05,未显现数据检验及检测的统计学意义。结论:库存悬浮红细胞血液指标中的血细胞计数在库存35 天之内没有出现明显改变,游离血红蛋白、红细胞膜蛋白、K+均逐渐升高,ATP 先升高后降低。 Objective: To observe the effects of preservation time on the changes of blood indexes related to erythrocytes in stock. Methods: This practice investigation and statistical analysis was of data from January 2018 to May 2018, the blood bank stock suspended red blood cells were extracted products from 50 bags of blood samples. 50 bags of blood samples and suspended red blood cells had blood index detection (including white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin, red blood cells deposited, red blood pressure product volume, free hemoglobin, K + and ATP, the red cell membrane protein), statistical analysis was made on 50 bags of blood samples from different preservation time suspended red blood cells for blood index changes. Results: After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). conclusion: the blood cell count in the blood indexes of floating red blood cells in stock did not change significantly within 35 days, free hemoglobin, erythrocyte membrane protein, K+ were gradually increased, and atP increased first and then decreased.
