摘要
目的:探讨同时给予急性化脓性乳腺炎患者消痈散结汤、小针刀疗法治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取本院在2017年5月-2018年5月收治的76例急性化脓性乳腺炎患者分为两组,参照组38例给予小针刀疗法治疗,观察组38例再加用消痈散结汤治疗,观察患者症状改善、并发症发生及复发情况等。结果:治疗后,观察组患者乳房疼痛、脓液消退、肿块消失及全身症状消失平均时间均显著短于参照组(t=6.090、7.160、5.967、11.882,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后舒适度评分显著高于参照组(t=30.354,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,显著高于参照组的76.32%,术后乳漏、乳房小硬结发生率及复发率分别为0%、2.63%、0%,均显著低于参照组的10.53%、15.79%、13.16%(χ^2=4.222、3.933、5.352,P<0.05)。结论:给予急性化脓性乳腺炎患者小针刀疗法联合消痈散结汤治疗,可使患者临床症状获得更快改善,提高舒适度及总疗效,且可降低并发症发生率及复发率,有助于患者生活质量改善。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Xiaoyu Sanjie Decoction (消痈散结汤) and small needle knife therapy for the treatment of acute suppurative mastitis. Methods: 76 patients with acute suppurative mastitis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups, the control group 38 cases was treated with small needle knife therapy, while the observation group 38 cases was treated with small needle knife therapy combined with Xiaoyu Sanjie Decoction (消痈散结汤), the improvement of symptoms, occurrence of complications and recurrence were observed. Results: After treatment, the average time of breast pain, pus subsidence, mass disappearance and systemic symptoms disappearance in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (t=6.090, 7.160, 5.967, 11.882,P < 0.05);the comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (t=30.354,P < 0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than 76.32% of the control group. the incidence and recurrence rate of breast leakage, small breast induration was 0%, 2.63% and 0% respectively, which was significantly lower than 10.53%, 15.79% and 13.16% of the control group (χ 2 =4.222, 3.933, 5.352, P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of acute suppurative mastitis, small needle knife therapy combined with Xiaoyu Sanjie Decoction (消痈散结汤) can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients more quickly, improve comfort and total curative effect, reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate, and help improve the quality of life of patients.
