摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种以侵袭软骨关节为主的慢性免疫性疾病,如不及时治疗,易造成关节软骨的不可逆损伤。类风湿关节炎在中医里归属“痹证”范畴,本文以治疗痹证的经典方剂—桂枝芍药知母汤为例,从中西医两方面论述中医药治疗类风湿关节炎的可能机制。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic immune disease which mainly affects the cartilage joints. If it is not treated in time, it is easy to cause irreversible damage to articular cartilage. In traditional Chinese medicine, RA belongs to the category of Bizheng. This paper takes Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤) as an example to treat Bizheng and discusses the possible mechanism of TCM in treating RA from the aspects of TCM and modern medicine.
