摘要
目的:探讨我院收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者采用白虎加桂枝汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法:选择辽宁中医药大学附属医院2016年5月―2017年6月收治的60例急性痛风性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组则在对照组的基础上运用白虎加桂枝汤加减治疗,对比两组患者治疗1个疗程前后的临床疗效、关节肿胀、疼痛评分和活动受限、血尿酸(UA)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)以及血尿酸(UA)水平均改善明显,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予急性痛风性关节炎患者白虎加桂枝汤加减的中西医结合诊治方案,不仅有效的降低不良反应发生率,提高疗效,改善症状,而且安全性较高,有利于改善患者的关节功能,值得在临床上进一步推广。
Objective: to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Baihu and Guizhi decoction (白虎加桂枝汤加减) on acute gouty arthritis. Methods: 60 patients with acute gout arthritis admitted to the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given regular treatment, while the observation group was treated with modified Baihu and Guizhi decoction (白虎加桂枝汤加减) on the basis of the treatment of the control group. the clinical efficacy, joint swelling pain score and limited activity, serum uric acid(Ua), erythrocyte sedimentation(ESR), Creactive protein(CRP) and incidence of adverse reactions before and after a course of treatment of two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the C reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation(ESR) andserum uric acid(Ua) were significantly improved in the observation group (P < 0.05). the effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Clinically, the diagnosis and treatment of integrated traditional chinese, modified Baihu and Guizhi decoction (白虎加桂枝汤加减), and Western medicine could not only effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the curative effect, relieve the symptoms, but also was of high safety, which was conducive to improve the joint function of patients, and was worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
