摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床效果。方法:将2015年5月—2016年5月在我院心内科治疗的140例肝阳上亢型高血压病患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用天麻钩藤汤加减治疗,2个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果、血压血脂水平、中医症候积分及血液流变学变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.71%,明显高于对照组的81.43%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、TC、TG、HDL-C水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后眩晕、头痛、腰酸膝软、五心烦热、心悸失眠、耳鸣健忘等症候积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间血浆黏度、红细胞比容、血纤维蛋白原无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤汤加减治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病疗效显著,改善血压、血脂,降低血压黏度,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of liver Yang hyperactivity type hypertension. Methods:Divided 140 patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang type hypertension in May 2015-May 2016 in our hospital department of cardiology for treatment of two groups.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,on this basis the control group,observation group was treated with modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction,after 2 courses of treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,blood pressure and blood lipid levels,TCM syndrome score and blood rheology changes. Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 81.43%(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,TC,TG and HDL-C in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group vertigo,headache,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dysphoria,palpitations,insomnia,tinnitus,forgetfulness and other symptom scores were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood viscosity significantly improved than control group(P<0.05);The two groups had no significant difference between plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen(P>0.05). Conclusion:Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hyperactivity of liver Yang type hypertension is remarkable,can improve blood pressure,blood lipid effect,lowering blood pressure viscosity,has a positive clinical significance.
