垃圾压缩设备液压系统定转变研究

摘要 通过研究分析定量泵系统与变量泵系统的不同特性,对垃圾压缩设备由定量泵系统升级为恒功率泵系统,同时提高系统的工作压力,实现垃圾压缩设备节能降耗。研究结果表明:通过定转变及高压化升级后,垃圾压缩机的整机使用功率由22 kW降到15 kW,系统压力由16.5 MPa提高到24 MPa,完全满足工况的使用要求,且整机设备更显紧凑,也更加节能。因此,对于环保领域的环卫设备来说,对液压技术的升级是很有必要的。 This article studies and analyzes the different characteristics of the fixed-pump system and the variable-pump system,and upgrades the Waste Compaction Device from the fixed-pump system to the constantpower-variable-pump system.While at the same time increasing the working pressure of the system,the energy saving and consumption of the Waste Compaction Device are realized.The research results show that after the hydraulic system upgrade,the total power of the equipment is reduced from 22 kW to 15 kW,and the system pressure is increased from 16.5 MPa to 24 MPa,which fully meet the requirements of operating conditions,and the whole equipment is more compact and more energy efficient.Therefore,for environmental sanitation equipment,the upgrade of hydraulic technology is very beneficial.
