县域经济视角下农村电商物流发展对策 被引量:14

摘要 剖析了农村电商物流发展现状,指出其存在物流成本高、效率低、设施设备不完善、商品进出渠道不对称、农产品标准化和商品化水平低等问题,使得目前县域农村电商物流发展缓慢。提出要发展农村电商物流,不仅要坚持构建三级物流配送网络,发挥供销和邮政的渠道优势,还应加快农产品商品化进程、推动双向信息化实现、创新配送主体服务功能,更需要依靠政策的支持和引导。 This paper analyzes the current development situation of the e-commerce logistics industry in the rural areas of China, and points out the existing problems with it such as high logistics cost, low efficiency, imperfect facilities and equipment, asymmetry between the commodity incoming and outgoing channels, low standardization level and commercialization level of the agricultural products, which have being restricting the development of the county- level rural e- commerce logistics industry. Then it proposes that to develop the rural ecommerce logistics industry, we not only should insist on building a three-level logistics distribution network and give full play to the channel advantages of the supplying and marketing system and the postal services, but also speed up the commercialization of the agricultural products, promote two-way informatization, innovate the service functions of the distribution agents, and rely on policy support and guidance.
