摘要
我国教育信息化建设开展以来,教育信息化资源被给予高度重视。远程教育资源作为教育信息化资源的重要组成部分,其发展与创新备受关注。针对远程教育资源在实践层面出现的种种问题,基于供给侧改革理念,从提高供给质量出发,用创新改革的方式促进资源结构调整,扩大有效资源供给,从远程教育资源建设、形态、组织、呈现形式4个层面,研究远程教育资源在信息时代的发展特点,以满足学习者多元学习需要,促进教育生态圈持续健康发展。
Since the beginning of education informatization construction,China has attached great importance to educational information resources.As an important part of educational information resources,distance education resources have attracted much attention for their development and innovation.However,at the practical level,there are various problems in the distance education resources. This paper is based on the concept of supply-side reform,that is,starting from improving supply quality,we will use innovative reforms to promote structural adjustment of resources and expand the supply of effective resources.From the four levels of distance education resource construction,form,organization and presentation,we study the development of distance education resources in the information age to meet the diverse learning needs of learners and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the education ecosystem.
