摘要
目的探讨饮食干预在艾滋病(AIDS)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年11月至2018年6月于贺州市人民医院感染科收治符合研究纳入标准的120例AIDS患者作为研究对象,采取数字随机法分成两组,对照组采取常规的高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART),饮食干预组在此基础上制订个性化食谱并进行营养教育等饮食干预手段。比较两组治疗前后患者血脂水平、空腹血糖和体质指数(BMI)的变化情况。所得数据采用统计学软件SPSS17.0作处理分析。结果治疗前两组AIDS患者胆固醇(TG)、三酰甘油(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、体质指数(BMI)均无统计学差异(P> 0.05);治疗后对照组和饮食干预组TG和TC水平显著高于治疗前(P <0.05),而FPG则明显低于治疗前(P <0.05);饮食干预组的TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、BMI检测指标均低于对照组,但无明显统计学差异(P> 0.05);与对照组相比,饮食干预组TG水平明显降低,且具有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论对AIDS患者进行个体化营养方案定制和饮食宣教,可降低接受HAART治疗的AIDS患者血脂水平,尤其可有效降低患者血清中的TG水平,减少调血脂药物的使用,减轻患者的经济负担。
Objective To study the application effect of dietary intervention on patients with AIDS. Methods 120 patients with AIDS treated in the infection department of Hezhou people's Hospital from November 2016 to June 2018 were selected as research objects. They were divided into two groups according to random number table. The control group was treated with highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART), while the diet intervention group, on this basis, developed personalized recipes and carried out nutritional education. The changes of blood lipid level, fasting blood glucose (FBG) and body mass index (BMI) were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS17.0. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups before treatment (P >0.05). The levels of TG and TC after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the FPG were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The level of TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, BMI of diet intervention group were lower than control group, but there was no significant statistical difference (P >0.05). Compared with the control group, the TG level of the AIDS patients in the observation group was significantly lower after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutrition program and diet education for AIDS patients treated with HAART can effectively reduce the TG level, while providing a certain reference basis for the treatment of AIDS in the future.
