摘要
分析总结了采煤机自动调高控制技术研究的关键问题,分别从采煤机截割实际煤岩物理介质时螺旋滚筒截割动力学分析、采煤机煤岩界面截割模式自动识别方法、采煤机自动调高控制方法进行研究,以寻求采煤机自动调高有效的解决方法。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the key problems in the research of automatic height adjustment control technology of shearer,analyzes the dynamic analysis of spiral drum cutting when cutting the physical medium of actual coal and rock,and the automatic recognition method of cutting mode of coal-rock interface of coal-mining machine,and analyzes and summarizes the key problems in the research of automatic height control technology of shearer. The control method of automatic height adjustment of shearer is studied in order to find the effective solution of automatic height adjustment of shearer.
