摘要
对刮板输送机在工作过程中实际的受力情况及其在平直段、弯曲段所承受的载荷情况进行了分析,并针对刮板运输机内部的刮板以及中部槽之间由于紧链力的作用而产生的测方向摩擦力进行了详细的研究。通过遗传算法改变了在弯曲段槽与槽之间的转角,使得刮板运输机的运输能力得到了有效的提升,整体的设备投资、掘采成本等都得到了改善。
The actual stress situation of scraper conveyor in the working process and its load in the straight section and bending section are analyzed. The direction-measuring friction between the inner scraper and the middle groove of scraper conveyor is studied in detail because of the action of tight chain force. By means of genetic algorithm,the angle between grooves and grooves is changed,and the transport capacity of scraper conveyor is improved effectively,and the whole equipment investment and mining cost are improved.
