摘要
在当前高校发展和建设中,探索和创新高校文化建设和发展的有效路径是高校人才培养的重要举措,在和谐、民主和自由的高校文化氛围中,以完善学生人格为目的,以弘扬创新精神和培养创新意识为任务,健全创新人才培养,以物质文化、精神文化、制度文化建设为支柱,坚持"以本为本"教学培养思路,以学生为中心,重视学生的创新思维教育,解决高校文化建设中创新人才培养问题。
In that current development and construction of the university,Exploration and innovation in development and construction in colleges and universities,college culture development path is the important measures of fostering talents in universities and colleges,in the culture atmosphere of harmony,democracy and freedom,In order to perfect the personality of the students,carry forward the spirit of innovation,improve the innovative talent training,according to the construction of material culture,spiritual culture and institutional culture as the mainstay,adhere to the "based on this" teaching ideas,take the student as the center,attaches great importance to the students' innovation consciousness,innovation personnel training problems.
