摘要
针对以热电联供系统为主的社区微网联络线功率波动平抑问题,提出一种考虑虚拟储能技术的社区微网联络线功率波动平抑方法。通过分析社区微网中热电联供系统的结构特点与电热耦合方式,基于热泵、微型燃气轮机运行特性和建筑物蓄热特性,建立虚拟储能系统模型。引入超级电容储能及虚拟储能状态指标,采用加权滑动平均滤波算法来确定联络线目标平滑功率;将联络线波动功率在热泵、微型燃气轮机与超级电容间分配,由低通滤波算法计算各设备预出力分量,并基于设备状态映射表,引入设备修正系数来确定最终出力。所得结果表明,该控制策略能够实现电热耦合协调,保证功率波动平抑效果,在满足虚拟储能状态约束的前提下充分发掘热电联供系统的控制灵活性,大大提升了微网运行的经济性。
To suppress tie-line power fluctuation of the community microgrid subjected by the combined heating and power system, this paper presents a method for suppressing tie-line power fluctuation of the community microgrid considering virtual energy storage technology. It analyzes structural features and electric heating coupling mode of the combined heating and power system, and on the basis of operating characteristics of the heating pump and micro gas turbine and heat storage characteristics of buildings, it establishes the virtual energy storage system model. On the one hand, it introduces state indicators of supercapacitor energy storage and virtual energy storage. On the other hand, it uses weighted sliding average filter algorithm to determine tie-line target smoothing power. According to allocation of tie-line fluctuation power among the heating pumps, micro gas turbines and the supercapcitors, it uses the low-pass filter algorithm to work out preliminary output components of equipment, and based on state mapping set of equipment, it introduces correction coefficients to determine finally output. The results obtained indicate that this control strategy can realize electric heating coupling coordination and ensure power fluctuation suppression effect. On the premise of satisfying virtual energy storage state constraint, this method can fully excavate control flexibility of the combined heating and power system and greatly promote economy of microgrid operation.
