摘要
《浮生六记》自晚清被发现以来,在文体和内容的评价上都出现了有意味的分歧,如是小说还是散文,是五四新文学中常见的"娜拉出走"或者鲁迅"伤逝"式主题的先声,还是已逝去的中国古典生活美感的精彩再现。这些分歧不但存在于汉语学界,也延续至不同的英译本中。由于中西文体观念和文化的差异,不同译者对文体和内容也有不同的理解、取舍和强调。
Since Fu Sheng Liu Ji was unveiled in the late Qing Dynasty,there have been different comments on whether it's a novel or an essay,whether it's the representation of the pioneering voice of the feminism theme in the May Fourth literature campaign or the traditional Chinese life aesthetics.These disagreements exist not only in the Chinese academic circles,but also in different English versions.Due to the different concepts of genre and cultural backgrounds,the translators have different understandings of content and different preferences of genre and approach.
