摘要
针对自行研制的氢气纯化试验装置及特殊的工艺要求,该文设计了一套基于LabVIEW的氢气纯化控制系统,包括其硬件组成和软件实现。通过LabVIEW编程实现了控制参数设置、工艺参数采集与处理、数据及曲线显示、数据存储和报警等功能。试验运行结果表明,控制系统运行稳定、操作界面友好、可移植性强,满足设计要求。
According to the requirement of self-developed test equipment and special technology,designed a set of hydrogen purification control system based on LabVIEW,including hardware composition and software implementation. Through the LabVIEW programming,the control parameters setting,process parameter acquisition and processing,data and curve display,data storage and alarm are realized. Experimental results show that the control system is stable and reliable,with high accuracy,friendly operation interface,strong portability and can meet the design requirements.
