摘要
基于吴晶妹的"三维信用论",通过应用诚信度、合规度、践约度等三个指标,搭建蚌埠市房地产开发企业信用评分模型,开展行业信用评分实证分析。认为应强化组织建设,畅通政府信用监管通道;开展宣传教育,营造诚实守信营商环境;应用金融数据,实现银政企共进共赢;优化数据质量,夯实政府数据体系基础。
Based on Wu Jingmei’s Three-dimensional Credit Theory, a credit scoring model for Bengbu real estate development enterprises was built and an empirical analysis on the industry credit score was conducted by applying three indicators credibility, compliance and contract fulfillment. It is suggested that we should strengthen the organizational construction, maintain a smooth channel of government credit supervision, carry out publicity and education, create an honest and trustworthy business environment, apply financial data, realize the win-win situation for banks, governments and enterprises, optimize the data quality, and lay a solid foundation for the government data system.
