圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度动态预测算法研究

摘要 为了提高圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度可靠性预测能力,针对当前轴承分段预测方法误差过大,且容易陷入局部最优的问题,提出一种基于弹性模量屈服响应控制的圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度可靠性预测算法,对待处理的圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度特征量进行应力空间重构,在重构的高维特征轴承动力学空间中进行圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度弹性模量特征分解,提取圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度连续力学数据的主成分特征,使用CMD语言建立圆柱滚子轴承的三维实体模型,在三维模型中对提取的特征参量采用弹性模量屈服响应控制方法进行结构强度估计和自适应学习,实现圆柱滚子轴承的结构强度的可靠性预测。 In order to improve the prediction ability of structural strength reliability of cylindrical roller bearing,aiming at the problem that the current prediction method of bearing segment error is too large,and it is easy to fall into local optimum.A prediction algorithm for structural strength reliability of cylindrical roller bearings based on elastic modulus yield response control was proposed.The structural strength characteristics of the treated cylindrical roller bearings were reconstructed in stress space.The structural strength elastic modulus characteristic decomposition of cylindrical roller bearing was carried out in the reconstructed high dimensional characteristic bearing dynamic space,and the principal component characteristics of structural strength continuous mechanical data of cylindrical roller bearing were extracted.The three dimensional solid model of cylindrical roller bearing was established by using CMD language.The structural strength estimation and adaptive learning of the extracted characteristic parameters were carried out by means of elastic modulus yield response control method in the three dimensional model.The reliability prediction of structural strength of cylindrical roller bearing was realized.
