摘要
目的探讨龙胆泻肝丸联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法选取2016年11月～2018年3月我所收治的92例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象。全部患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组患者采用膦甲酸钠治疗,研究组患者采用龙胆泻肝丸联合膦甲酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果;比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分(VAS);记录两组患者的疼痛消失时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、痊愈时间;检测两组患者治疗前后的血清P物质(SP)、β内啡肽(β-ET)、降钙素基因相关多肽(CGRP)水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的SP、CGRP水平显著低于治疗前,β-ET水平显著高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的SP、CGRP水平低于对照组,β-ET水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的VAS评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的疼痛消失时间、止疱时间、结痂时间、痊愈时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝丸能提高膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的效果,减轻患者疼痛,促进疱疹痊愈。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Longdan Xiegan Pills combined with Phosphonoformic Acid in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 92 cases of herpes zoster treated in our institution from November 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phosphonoformic Acid.The study group was treated with Longdan Xiegan Pills combined with Phosphonoformic Acid.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score was compared between the two groups.The pain disappearance time,blistering time,scab time and recovery time were recorded in the two groups.The serum levels of substance P(SP),βendorphin(β-ET)and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)were measured before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SP and CGRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level ofβ-ET was significantly higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SP and CGRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level ofβ-ET in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time,blistering time,scab time and recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.
