摘要
干簧管是微波开关的重要组成部分,在航天应用中发挥着不可替代的作用。针对干簧管在应用中常见的几种失效模式,如玻璃管裂纹、气泡、内部存在缺陷或多余物、封接区域过小和电性能超差等,给出了在航天应用中常用的质量保证方法。在实际的应用过程中,应结合用户的使用要求和环境要求,制订合适的质保方案,对于制订干簧管的筛选试验、鉴定试验和质量一致性试验方案具有一定的指导作用。
Reed switch is an important part of microwave switch,and it plays an irreplaceable role in aerospace applications.In view of several common failure modes of reed switch in application,such as crack of glass tube,bubble,internal defect,superfluous material,too small sealing area and poor electrical performance,the quality assurance methods commonly used in aerospace application are given.In the practical application,a suitable quality assurance scheme should be formulated in combination with users’usage requirements and environmental requirements,which has a certain guiding effect on the formulation of screening test,appraisal test and quality consistency test scheme of reed switch.
