摘要
目的研究复方制剂芬吗通治疗妇女围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法该研究选取了2016年11月—2017年11月来该院进行治疗的90例围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组的原则,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组45例,对比两组患者治疗前后的性激素水平、子宫内膜变化和阴道出血状况。结果治疗后研究组的FSH水平(26.46±8.09)mU/mL明显优于对照组(29.65±9.68)mU/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的血清E2水平(256.24±11.36)pmol/L明显优于对照组(210.58±19.95)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方制剂芬吗通在临床治疗妇女围绝经期综合征中,可以进一步改善病患临床症状,治疗效果良好。适宜在临床进行广泛应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of compound preparation Fenmatong in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome in women.Methods In this study,90 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who came to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as subjects.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group,compared the sex hormone levels,endometrial changes and vaginal bleeding before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the FSH level of the study group(26.46±8.09)mU/mL was significantly better than that of the control group(29.65±9.68)mU/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum E2 level of the study group after treatment(256.24±11.36)pmol/L was significantly better than the control group(210.58±19.95)pmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound preparation Fenmatong can further improve the clinical symptoms of patients with clinical peri-menopausal syndrome,and the treatment effect is good,suitable for a wide range of clinical applications.
