摘要
目的:观察腭骨鼻嵴切除联合鼻中隔黏膜划痕治疗鼻中隔黏膜糜烂性出血的临床疗效。方法:将患者鼻中隔黏膜糜烂性出血80例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组在鼻内镜下行腭骨鼻嵴切除术联合鼻中隔黏膜划痕术;对照组只用鼻中隔黏膜划痕术。观察两组的术后疗效、术后第5天的并发症及术中术后相关情况(手术时间、术中出血、手术费用、术后恢复时间)。结果:治疗组总有效率(92.5%)与对照组总有效率(72.5%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第5天再出血者,治疗组(3例)与对照组(10例)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后恢复时间,治疗组(5.2±0.5 d)与照组(10.8±1.9 d)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在鼻内镜下用腭骨鼻嵴切除联合鼻中隔黏膜划痕治疗鼻中隔黏膜糜烂性出血的疗效显著,再出血率低,术后恢复时间短,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating septal mucosa erosive bleeding with resection of palatine bone nasal crest and scratches of septum mucosa. Methods:80 patients of septal mucosa erosive bleeding were randomly divided into two groups,each group has 40 cases.The treatment group was received resection of palatine bone nasal crest and scratches of septum mucosa,while the control group was treated with scratches of septum mucosa,The postoperative efficacy,complications on the fifth day after operation and related conditions (operation time,intraoperative bleeding,operation cost and recovery time) were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).On the fifth day after operation, there were 3 cases of rebleeding in the treatment group and 10 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01).The recovery time of the treatment group was 5.2+0.5 days,while that of the control group was 10.8+1.9 days,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of treating septal mucosa erosive bleeding with resection of palatine bone nasal crest and scratches of septum mucosa is distinct,its rebleeding rate is low,the recovery time is short,and is worth promoting.
