摘要
介绍赵明芬主任医师治疗筋瘤经验。赵明芬主任医师认为,本病病因多由于气血运行不畅而阻滞于下肢脉道所致,"瘀"贯穿于疾病始终,通过多年临床经验,将筋瘤分为湿热瘀阻与气虚血瘀两型,辨证用清热解毒、活血化瘀之法,或益气活血、消瘀散结之法,常用四妙勇安汤及补阳还五汤加减,临证疗效显著。
Introduces professor zhao mingfen s experience in the treatment of varicose veins in lower limbs. Zhao Mingfen professor thinks,because the disease causes more functioning of qi and blood and block in the way of lower limb vein disease,always “stasis” through disease,through many years clinical experience,muscle tumors can be divided into two type of qi deficiency and blood stasis,hot and damp stasis resistance of dialectical to heat-clearing and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,or of good blood circulation and eliminating stasis fights,commonly used four wonderful yong soup and fill Yang also five tonga,clinical curative effect.
