摘要
目的对肿瘤标志物检测在肾脏疾病临床诊治中的应用价值进行研究及判定。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月本院收治的60例肾脏疾病患者作为本次研究对象,选取同期60例健康体检者,分别纳入观察组、对照组。都接受肿瘤标志物检测,对比各项肿瘤标志物检测结果。结果观察组患者AFP、CEA、Ca199、125、PSA、Ca724等指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),1～5期的肾脏疾病患者,CEA、Ca199、Ca125、Ca724水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物检测对于诊断肾脏疾病具有显著的效果,可为临床中肾脏疾病的确诊提供有力的依据,查明疾病分期,值得推广实施。
Objective To study and evaluate the application value of tumor markers detection in clinical diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases. Methods 60 patients with kidney diseases who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and they were set as the observation group.60 healthy subjects in the same period were set as the control group.They all received tumor markers detection. Results of tumor markers detection were compared. Results The AFP,CEA,Ca199,125,PSA and Ca724 indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The levels of CEA,Ca199,Ca125 and Ca724 were significantly different in patients with renal disease from stage 1 to stage 5,(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tumor markers detection has a significant effect on the diagnosis of kidney diseases,which can provide a strong basis for the diagnosis of kidney disease in the clinical practice and identify disease staging.It is worthy of promotion and application.
