摘要
目的研究优质护理在脑出血手术患者医院感染中的应用价值。方法在我院脑出血手术的患者中选取86例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,即对照组43例、观察组43例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组则给予优质护理进行干预,对比两组患者医院感染发生情况、治疗费用、住院时间、术后日常生活能力评分。结果观察组患者的医院感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者的治疗费用更低、住院时间更短、术后日常生活能力评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脑出血手术患者采用优质护理进行干预,可将患者医院感染的发生率有效降低,减轻其经济压力,缩短康复进程,提高术后生活能力,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To study application value of high quality nursing in nosocomial infection of patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage operation. Methods 86 patients who underwent cerebral hemorrhage operation in our hospital were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention.The occurrence of nosocomial infection,treatment cost,hospital stay and postoperative activity of daily living score of patients in two groups were compared. Results According to the statistics,the incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and there was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had lower treatment costs,shorter hospital stay and higher postoperative activity of daily living score and the data of each group were significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage operation can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,reduce economic pressure,shorten the recovery process and improve postoperative activity of daily living,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
