摘要
采用超声辅助合成的方法制备氧化铋/碳量子点复合材料,并通过扫描、透射电镜等设备对材料进行了表征;然后基于该复合材料构建了一种新型电化学传感器,研究该传感器对土霉素抗生素的电化学传感性能。结果表明,所制备的传感器对土霉素具有良好的电化学传感选择性和灵敏度,并且在较宽的浓度范围内呈现很好的线性关系,说明该电化学传感器具有高灵敏度、宽线性范围、高选择性等特点,可用于实际水体中土霉素含量的测定。
In this work,Bismuth Oxide/Carbon dots Composites were prepared by Ultrasound-Assisted Synthesis and characterized by scanning and transmission electron microscope.Then a novel electrochemical sensor based on the composite material was constructed to study the electrochemical sensor performance of oxytetracycline.The prepared electrochemical sensor for oxyteracycline electrochemical sensor has good selectivity,and in a wider range of concentration shows good linear relation.The results indicated that the electrochemical sensor for oxyteracycline with high sensitivity,wide linear range and good selectivity,can be used for the determination of oxytetracycline in water.
